- Leona initially dismissed the monster as a minor threat he could quickly end, but he didn’t think you would try to attack it.
- When he heard your bold declaration, his ears twitched. Since the monster wasn’t strong, Leona stayed put and watched you with intrigue and a hint of irritation.
- Seeing you swing your bat with malicious energy, the prince smirked. “Tch, looks like the herbivore has claws…and here I thought she was soft.”
- Leona had no intention of interfering unless he saw you couldn’t handle the creature. Once you knocked it down, the lion chuckled. “You’re reckless but not useless.”
- He may consider changing your name from Herbivore to Chili Pepper.
- Riddle was horrified when you stopped running. What was going on in that head of yours? Did you forget you couldn’t use magic?
- “What are you doing, (y/n)? This isn’t the time to play hero!” He shouted, his face turning red at the thought of you getting hurt.
- But the moment he saw you maliciously swing your bat, Riddle froze. How could your sweet and innocent personality change into delinquent energy? He wanted to help you, but his mind short-circuited.
- After the fight, he gave you a long lecture and an earful, but his voice shook. “You could have been seriously injured! Why didn’t you let me take care of the creature?”
- Riddle wasn’t sure if he should feel proud of you or be worried about your impulse side. What if you repeated this again and got hurt? Just the thought caused a shiver to run down his spine.
- Wait, why were you suddenly stopping? Wait, what…did you say? The dragon prince raised an eyebrow when you boldly declared you would fight the creature.
- He was curious to see what you would do as the prince knew he could end the monster with a flick of his wrist. “Seems as though even the kindest humans harbor fire. Fascinating.”
- He observed your every movement but was still on high alert just in case you were in any kind of danger.
- After you defeated the creature, the prince applauded. “You are far more courageous than I anticipated. Was that determination born of rage or something else entirely?”
- The prince may not have complimented you directly, but Malleus was proud of you. However, he worried you would become overconfident and take on an enemy that could gravely wound you.
- Vil thought you ran out of energy when you stopped running and rushed in your direction. “Run, (y/n)!”
- But when he saw you bring out your bag and swing it, Vil froze. He quickly gathered himself and watched with an eyebrow raised. What in the name of beauty was going on?
- When the fight ended, Vil quietly approached you and inspected you for injuries before brushing off any dirt on your clothes.
- “That was rather unexpected, but your technique was lacking. I will ask Rook to train you.”
- Despite his criticism, Vil admired your resolve and strength to defend yourself, even if it was reckless.
- “But don’t mistake your bravery for invincibility. Be careful and choose your fights wisely.”
- Azul’s heart nearly jumped out of his chest when you stopped running. “(Y/n), don’t do anything foolish!”
- But it was too late because you were angrily swinging your bat around by the time he finished the sentence. Azul’s jaw dropped, and his glasses slid down on his nose. Where did this fierce side come from?
- He wanted to intervene and end the monster, but his curiosity got the better of him, so he held himself back and studied your movements.
- After the fight, he walked to you with a strained smile and adjusted his glasses as if nervous. “You are full of surprises, (y/n). But next time, kindly let me handle the creature. I may suffer a heart attack if I see you swinging your bat around like that again.”
- Kalim was already in full panic mode, but his mind went into a frenzy when you stopped. “(Y/n), run! You’ll get hurt!”
- He wasn’t expecting you to start swinging your bat like those zombie survival games he watched Lilia play during band practice. “Woah..cool…”
- Kalim instantly switched from being panicked to cheering you on. “Go, (y/n), go! Get that monster!”
- After your victory, Kalim ran to you and threw his arms around you. “You’re like a game character. That was so cool. The way you swung your bat, the monster looked like it was about to cry.”
- Even though he cheered you on and complimented you, Kalim was still worried. “Hey, I know you can handle everything, but let me help next time, ‘kay? I don’t want you to get injured or worse. So let’s work as a team!”
- “W-Wait, why a-aren’t you running? Oh…you’re doomed,” Idia muttered under his breath and pulled his hood closer to his face. “W-What did (y/n) say?”
- Idia was stumped when he heard your declaration. “N-No! You’re not an anime character that can-”
- His jaw dropped. Did you just pull an anime trope in real life? Seeing your malice energy, Idia gave a toothy grin and watched in amazement. He quietly cheered you on.
- After the fight, he shuffled closer and stared at the unconscious creature. Idia lightly tapped the monster with his foot to make sure it wasn’t waking up anytime soon.
- “That was…uh…badass…but scary to watch. Did you get hurt?” Idia asked in awe and concern. He might have just fallen in love with you more, so don’t be surprised if you see him looking at you with heart eyes.
