Prompt: Levi, Taiga, and Idia get stuck in a void world and have to work together to get out of there.
- After they returned home, Levi and Idia found a way to keep in touch using magic and technology. Who would have thought Diavolo also had connections in Idia’s world?
- “Hey, Idia, so what do you think about going to Taiga’s show? The ticket is sitting on my table, and his team’s show is in two days.” Levi stared at the ticket on his desk as he spoke into the microphone of his headset.
- “T-There…are going to be a lot of p-people, but…,” Idia couldn’t get Taiga’s happy expressions out of his head, “he re-really wanted us to c-come to his s-show. I…sure…let’s go. But h-how are we g-going to get there?”
- The Avatar of Envy thought for a while and told Idia to give him a day to figure everything out. “I think I know someone who might be able to help us.”
- A few hours later, Levi found himself in front of Diavolo, asking him for help. “S-So, could you h-help me and my friend get to t-that world? We really want to see him performing on stage.”
- The prince was happy to see that Levi finally found two people he was comfortable talking to and wanted to see. For a second, he considered saying no as Lucifer might get angry, but then again, Lucifer might be relieved to know that his brother finally found friends. “Very well, I will ask Barbatos to take you to your friend’s world, and from there, he will escort the two of you to your destination.”
- The following day, Levi met up with Idia, and Barbatos teleported them to an area close to Starless. Purely out of excitement, they arrived much earlier than the showtime and thought about exploring the city. Levi blended in easily, but Idia covered his flaming blue hair.
- “L-Levi, is it just me, or are the people fading away?” Idia nervously asked.
- “Y-Yeah…what is-” They froze and looked around to find nothing but white. “Where…are we?”
- “It’s like we’re in-inside a video game. Wait…n-not again.”
- They exhaled in sync and started walking into the white nothingness, hoping to find something or someone soon. By the time they found a tall lone building with colorful lights, both gamers were out of their breath, practically crawling on their hands and knees.
- “Welcome to the game.” A computerized male voice spoke, catching them off guard and making them yelp. “Please enter the door on the right to start playing.”
- Even though they needed rest, Idia and Levi desperately wanted to get out of the place. If they didn’t make it out in time, all their efforts to see Taiga on stage would be for nothing.
- As soon as they entered the room, two holograms appeared in front of them, asking for the names of Player1 and Player2. Levi entered his name as “L3V1″, and at first, Idia typed his name as usual, but upon seeing his friend’s name, he grinned and changed the name to “1D14″.
- The hologram then displayed the map of the building, showing only three levels, much to their surprise. A minute later, red flashing arrows appeared under their feet, leading to the next room.
- “L3V1, this level is for you. All you have to do is answer one question. Easy, right? Not quite, the question will be related to Player2, and if you get help from Player2, both of you will lose the game. Your question is, how does 1D14 go to sleep with flaming hair without setting his bed on fire?”
- Levi curiously glanced at Idia, “That’s…a good question. His hair looks like fire, but actually isn’t? His hair is magical.”
- Somehow, the computer accepted that answer, surprising Idia. The next room was the same as the first, nothing but white, and the question for Idia was, “How does L3V1 sleep comfortably in a bathtub?”
- “Y-You sleep in a bath-bathtub?” Idia’s eyes widened, but seeing Levi’s embarrassed expression, the house warden covered his mouth and mumbled a quick apology under his hand. “Um…all to their own? H-He finds the bathtub more comfortable than a bed.”
- The computer once again accepted the answer, but they weren’t complaining and hurried to the next room. Unlike the previous white rooms, this room had one massive supercomputer, but in the middle of exploring the room, Idia had a sudden realization. “L-Levi…h-how did the computer know about your bed being a bathtub? D-Do you have a creepy s-stalker?”
- Before the demon brother could react, they heard a familiar voice coming from behind them. “S-Sorry, I wrote those questions.”
- Levi and Idia turned pale, but upon seeing the person’s face, they yelled in unison, “TAIGA?”
- “H-Hey…think you two could help me?” The third gamer waved his hand awkwardly and nervously chuckled.
- “W-Wait, what are you doing here? W-What is going on here?”
- Taiga sighed and shifted his eyes to the ceiling, “I honestly don’t know how I got here, but while I was messing around with the supercomputer, trying to find a way out, someone blindfolded me and threw me in here. I managed to transfer some data on my laptop before getting tossed in this cage.”
- “S-So, you brought u-us here?”
- “Y-Yeah…remember we shared our locations? When I saw the two of you in my world, I somehow managed to teleport you guys here,” Taiga sighed heavily. “People in Starless are either dinosaurs when it comes to technology, or they don’t care enough to help me out. I don’t know what I would’ve done if you two didn’t show up in my world.”
- Taiga gave instructions to his friends, and half an hour later, the three of them returned to Taiga’s world. After making sure they were safe, Levi turned to Taiga, “Um…is it odd that I sleep in a bathtub?”
- “N-No, but when I saw a picture of your room last time, the first thing that came to mind was ‘how does he sleep comfortably in a bathtub’?”
- “And…my hair?” Idia shyly asked.
- “Your hair is one of the coolest things I have seen, but I was just wondering if it was real fire. Hold up, Levi, Idia, what are the two of you doing here?” Taiga rubbed the back of his head, hoping his questions didn’t offend the two.
- “O-Oh…w-well…you in-invited us to your s-show…,” Levi couldn’t help but blush while Idia flashed a toothy grin.
- “Really? You guys are here to see me perform? Yaaahooo!” Taiga jumped with one fist raised in the air, unable to hide his happiness. “Then let’s get to Starless! It’s time for me to get ready…if I’m late, Kokuyou-nii will lecture me.”
- Levi and Idia smiled as they followed Taiga towards Starless. They couldn’t wait to see their friend dancing and acting on stage and support him wholeheartedly.
